These rules contain specific terms and conditions for participating in the Valentine's giveaway to win a VR valentine's date for two people. By participating, you accept these rules and regulations.

The giveaway is organized by The Park Playground BV (with registered office at Vlaamse Kaai 30, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium, company registration number 0695802081), The Park Playground NV (with registered office at Kastanjelaan 1 B, 5616 LH, Eindhoven, The Nederlands, company registration number 77794508.) and The Park Playground UK Ltd (with registered office at 3 Brindeyplace, Birmingham, B1 2JB, company registration number 12589973) and is open to persons residing in United Kingdom, Belgium or The Netherlands. There is no purchase obligation.
You can only participate in the giveaway if you are over 18 years old. Only 1 entry per participant will be accepted.
Facebook or Instagram is not associated with or responsible for the giveaway.
The giveaway promotion runs from 31/01/2024 until to 13/02/2024 23:59. After, this giveaway will be closed.
The giveaway promotion can be found on the social media pages and on the website of The Park Playground. To enter the giveaway, entrants agree to offer personal data in exchange for a free ticket. Register for the promotion via our website. Read and comply with all conditions stated in these rules. If not all conditions are met, the entry will be void and the entrant will not be eligible for the giveaway. To qualify for entry each participant must enter all the required information correctly on the entry form. Entries which are incomplete or which have not been completed correctly will be invalid. Only people whose data has been entered correctly via our form can participate with this giveaway.
The winners will be selected randomly. The decision will be made by a jury panel of employees of The Park Playground.
The Park Playground will not be responsible for a particular choice of winner.
The prize includes a VR experience for 2 people along with sparkling wine and antipasti platter for 2.
This prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other benefits in kind.
The winner(s) will be notified via email and will discuss a date to come and play a VR experience. Winners will be notified on 14/02/2023. The
prize is only valid between 14/02/2022 and 28/02/2023. The winner will lose the right
to his free ticket, if he/she does not redeem before the said date. The prize cannot be exchanged
to a later validity date.
By entering this competition you agree that we may use images taken by us during your visit to The Park. You hereby agree that The Park Playground may use the images without restriction, publish, reproduce and distribute for its own promotional purposes. The footage can be used and featured on all possible channels of The Park Playground; web site, social media, print, outdoor, on channels of partners of The Park and possible advertising campaigns online, offline or on TV. The duration for this use of the images is unlimited.
The Park Playground staff are not allowed to participate in this competition. Other persons who have directly or indirectly contributed to the organisation or distribution of this competition are also excluded from participation.
Participation in this competition requires the collection and processing of the personal data of the participant described in the contest privacy statement.
The Park Playground cannot be held responsible if, due to circumstances beyond their control, the game should be interrupted, postponed, shortened or cancelled.
The Park Playground reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so and they cannot be held liable for this in any way. Any changes to these rules will be announced on The Park Playground website (www.theparkplayground.com).
In the event of abuse, deception, fraud or if circumstances so require, The Park Playground expressly reserves the right to (a) exclude entrant(s) from participation in the giveaway without further ado or (b) the change, postpone, shorten or withdraw the giveaway or any part thereof.
The Park Playground is not responsible for malfunctions, breakdowns or other unforeseen problems emanating from your internet connection or third parties.
The Park Playground must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation The Park Playground will send the surname and town to anyone who emails marketing.uk@theparkplayground.com or writes to the address set out in clause 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the giveaway promotion closes.
Participation in this competition implies the unconditional acceptance of these rules. No dispute in this regard will be taken into consideration. By participating in the giveaway promotion participants accept without any reservation these rules.
If a court or other authority decides that some of these rules are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
These specific conditions are an addition to the general competition rules, which remain fully applicable. In the event of a contradiction between the specific and the general provisions, the specific provisions shall prevail.
